"Well I’m going to fly in the face of all the misery below and say that this place is ace. Having previously had a disastrous lockdown delivery experience with another MUCH larger chain we were keen to go proper local. The app worked perfectly (again, unlike the reviews), It charged my card fine, and I rang to check and they answered quickly and helpfully. The food was cracker, really fresh, hot, well packaged, well presented, and the delivery driver was spot on time, lovely, he spoke in sentences and smiled and had a bit o’ craic With our excited kids. So SO different to the usual miserable drivers from the bigger chains. But reviewers...... don’t expect miracles between 6-9pm on Fri or Sat nights! That’s when everywhere is busy. Adjust your expectations. Try these guys out, it’s where we order from now for sure. **Additional Comment** Its been 2 years since I left my review and we've used The Pizza Co Ballyhack many times since. And they have been consistently superb. Don't believe the negative reviewers!"

"Sorry to report this, but obstructive staff. Unwilling to change a simple side order making a much bigger issue than it was. Unnecessarily causing friction. Ordered a meal deal and separate pizza, subsequently wanted to change to 2 meal deals, I was happy to continue to pay the higher cost, but they were unwilling to change the order (not the pizza, just the extras) citing they would be accused of stealing due to their system setup. This is nonsense and it felt like he just wanted to prove ‘a point’. Or indeed, if not nonsense needs management to sort it, as a restaurant must be able to change order before pickup. Again it sounds petty but it was just a side, a drink and dips not the pizza. Indeed, in the end, he relinquished and gave me the drink but neither the extra side or the dips. Why be so obstructive? It makes no sense?"

"1st and last time I will be visiting this place. Ordered two signature pizzas and added extra toppings at £1.20 for each extra. When I got home I found neither had the extras on them. The BBQ Surprise was definitely a surprise 9 tiny cubes of chicken and both pizzas were not properly cooked, the bread was half raw and doughy, not pleasant! All in all a rip off so won't be back"

"I ordered my meal through deliveroo. They accepted my order and I was told that it would be delivered by 24.35. So I wait for 30 minutes then I rang them. The phone just rang and rang. So got In contact with delivery and even thay could not get them. They took my my and did not even send a message to say that it was cancelled. Just wanted to say that it is not very good practice not to say that they would not be delivering. I was looking forward to try the pizza company all I can say is that I will not be trying there ever. If I could give them no stars I would as I think k they do not even deserve a one star."
