Reviews
"Beautifully maintained field and paths running around the park. A gorgeous view of the stars from the city at night as well."
"A positive use of previously unused land. Stony paths, as in the adjoining Stockley Park, lead towards a central circle of wildflowers and maturing trees. Paddocks for the nearby stables, run on each side of many paths so usually a number of horses to see and perhaps stroke (although feeding them is banned) Seating is dotted around and there is a water fountain with dog drinking bowl too. Only 4* as bins are often overflowing, but otherwise a fairly small but pleasant wander, usually en-route to the larger Stockley."
"Love going here with our dog. It's so peaceful. Shane the council have just let the bushes over grow. Can't let the kids run around as can't see them over the overgrown bushes"
"We were here very briefly as unfortunately it was too cold a day for my baby, but the open fields and rural feel were a pleasant escape and a hill offered an impressive vista. This seemed like a good place for a stroll, to walk a dog, or go for a run. There appeared to be a riding school here but we did not see any horses on this occasion. We did not come across any toilets or changing facilities."
"A very pleasant park - only opened a year ago: grassy meadows, grazing horses, paths lined with trees, benches to sit down, bins present... The entrances probably are not very accessible for people in wheelchairs or mobility scooters, as well as bigger pushchairs, though."
