"My first time here today. I went to the ladies only swim session ( 6.30pm). Receptionist was very friendly and the female life guard very kindly showed me where to go. Changing rooms very clean and lovely hot shower. Lots of free parking which is a huge bonus. Can’t wait for the next session. ( make sure you bring a padlock)"

"No complaints on the pool and facilities, but they definitely need to work on the instructors and planning. My daughter is deptived of her regular swim lessons from more than a month now, because they dont have a new instructor to replace the one who left them. Every one knew atleast 2 months ago that the instructor is leaving, so how long does it take to replace ? Let's not talk about the vision rcl portal, I have never seen it is working ever and no information/status on the progress given for the lessons taken so far."
"Been to swim with my kids pool water was cold plus they left the outdoor open and it was getting more cold I told couple of times to the guy with long hair and glasses on that please close the door as it’s windy out there and the water is also cold today rather then closing the door he said oh am feeling hot and that’s y door is open and also water temperature is fine I told him kids are feeling cold in water if u come in the swimming pool u will realise what am saying but unfortunately his behaviour was unacceptable and he never closed the door.very unprofessional behaviour never had this issue before hope the management will sort this matter out ."
