She worked with me for days beforehand to find a time that would fit into our short visit to Bristol, and she tailored the workshop for us. (My wife is a medievalist, and Charlotte did the research to find design elements for our course.) She is extremely friendly and approachable and gives a great hands-on tutorial to the basics of metalworking. She let's you practice your designs and techniques on copper before moving on to the silver. We can't recommend this course enough, whether you live in the area or are just visiting for a few days."
