"Took my diamond engagement ring in as a diamond had come out. Luckily I still had the diamond. The lady was very knowledgeable and advised me to leave it with them. Got a call to say the goldsmith recommend replacing the whole head as this would be more cost effective than replacing and retipping each claw. Collected it today and what an amazing job he has done. I would even say it is better than the original. I can wear it knowing that the diamonds are safe. Thank you so much."
