"Potential to be lovely, but booked the pool to take our babies as its advertised at 34'C but was only 30'C. I complained afterwards, which maybe I should have done upon arrival but I know how long it takes to heat a pool! I was hugely shocked to be accused of damaging their pool cover afterwards, which we never touched. It was rolled up when we arrived as expected, why would we touch it? Shower out of use too, which we only found out about when seeing it. Using covid as an excuse still. Shame as its a lovely place, just needs a tidy up and getting the bits of leaves and plastic vacuumed out of the pool (mainly in jacuzzi part) and getting facilities open again. Bin in toilet was over flowing and no toilet paper in the toilet either."
