Reviews of The Deverills Cattery
"Abosultey brilliant battery we have never left our cats in a cattery before our usual sitter let us down and Heather did her utmost to accommodate us at an incredibly difficult time. We will definitely reccomend"
"Heather helped me out when I was let down by my usual sitter at the literal last minute. I have never put the girls into a cattery and was quite stressed about that as well as everything else going on. Heather put me at my ease, she sent me updates and pictures of the girls answered all my annoying texts and was utterly utterly brilliant.Im so happy I found this cattery, I will use in future and will be more than happy to recommend them to anyone."
"I have used this cattery for many years under it's previous ownership, it is now owned by Heather, helped by her husband. They have both worked tirelessly over the past year to bring the standard of the cattery in line & to enable Heather to obtain her licence. The cattery has now got it's licence and I have started to use it again. The pods that the cats occupy are absolutely luxurious and Heather goes out of her way to ensure that each feline visitor is completely taken care of for everything they need. My cat Tigger went into the cattery on 9th December as I was going abroad on holiday for Xmas, however I contracted covid while I was away and was unable to return on my set date of 2nd January. A text from abroad to Heather ensured that all was fine to leave Tigger where he was & I wasn't to worry. I received regular updates which included photos, so I could see all was well. Heather is an absolute treasure and lovely, lovely lady and I won't have any hesitation in using her cattery in future whenever I need it. Thank you so much to The Deverills Cattery for making everything worry less in respect of my cat's welfare during a stressful time!"
"I called to find out if a cattery was the right choice for my 3 month old kitten. Heather was amazing and kindly told me about what they offered and how Bebea would be looked after. There was no preasure and it is clear that she loves cats and thier welfare is of the upmost importance and understood the bond any owner has with their furry family member. She suggested I visit to see the facilities and suggested other options I might consider before making a booking. It became clear during our conversation that at the moment I'm not comfortable booking Bebea in because of her age but I will use once she's older and have no doubt she will receive the care and attention her breed needs when she is there. I would recomend a call to discuss your cat and find out for yourself just how much they will be cared for."
"I'm doing a complete U-turn. I gave a bad review after my phone calls weren't returned, but Heather explained how they'd had all sorts of issues setting up as a new business, including their phone line. Having placed my cat with her twice, I can say Heather looked after her really well, has been easy to get hold of, and very accommodating. I'm happy to recommend the Deverills Cattery."
