They said they had posted them when I emailed them over a week later then when I said no tracking has come up on Shop they then said...we are posted them first thing tomorrow!! So they lied and still never received them!! So PayPal had to refund me back! Would never order from these people again!!"

She totally redesigned my ring for me and set it in platinum and I have to say it is the most beautiful ring and we are over the moon with it! "Necklace clasp broke after 6 months, returned just before lock down for repair (authorised by them). Since then I've emailed over 10 times and tried calling (nobody answers). They've probably gone bust but if they've not don't order from hre as the service is terrible. We're £49 down."
