"I purchased a set of Swarovski earrings for my partner Christmas 2021, unfortunately one one the posts on the earring came loose. I contacted Swarovski Customer Service on a Saturday and was surprised they were open. The advisor was polite and exceedingly helpful, and told me the items were covered by warranty. I was told to take them to my local Swarovski outlet in Bluewater shopping centre. There again I received the same impeccable service, the items were replace with no quibbles. Thank you to the Swarovski staff concerned, excellent customer experience and service."
"Absolutely awful service! Bought a bracelet at Christmas, 2021. Since then, it has become faulty on two occasions. My wife is an anaesthetist and due to hospital policy, no jewellery can be worn at work, so the bracelet is only worn on weekends and special occasions. Having to travel all the way from Maidstone, I was once again requesting a repair or like for like replacement. Unfortunately, not only would they not repair the bracelet, they had stopped producing the same style. I requested a refund and was initially told that I could have a refund. So I went to another jewellery store to see if I could get a bracelet, which I found. I then came back to Swarovski to get my refund but was then told that I could only have a gift card. This time, the lady I spoke to was very rude and unhelpful. When I pointed this out and asked her for her name, she refused to give it to me. Fortunately, another member of staff called out her name, Jess. Jess was rude and patronising, first giving me the incorrect number for head office, then telling me that it wasn't her fault that I don't understand store policies. So, now I'm left with a gift card that I don't want and no bracelet. For an item that cost £135 and is wore rarely, it’s terrible that it became faulty twice in 6 months. I have lost complete faith in Swarovski and its staff"
"Been in this store a few times and the staff here are so unfriendly. The typical artificial exaggerated hiiiiiiiiiiiiii until they 'think' you don't want to buy anything, and then literally put the smacked face back on. That's on a good day when they can be bothered with you. What's comical is I'm actually a regular Swarovski customer at other stores. They're unapproachable and unfriendly. Also very unhelpful. Wouldn't return here. They're actually old fashioned arrogant and stuck up. It's actually quite cringing and I feel second-hand embarrassment for them. It's like they don't want your custom unless you're willing to literally go in and know exactly what you want and throw your money at them. Yes! That would make for a lovely shopping experience I'm sure. Weirdos. A Primark service in a diamond store. EDIT: response to the response. When you have this many reviews talking about your store's service, maybe use your resources to go in the store for quality assurance checks, mystery shoppers, CCTV check etc, instead of expecting customers to waste more time in writing it all out in an era time is PRECIOUS!"
"I'm sorry but I didn't get the lady's name who served me today (11.30?), she has fair hair and wears glasses if this helps lol.. I just want to say that she has a great attitude and is very very kind and helpful. I have been in this store a number of times and every time she has served me she has been great... Thank you! and you are a credit to the store."
"A lovely girl called Danielle helped me out with a broken bracelet and a necklace which needed a chain replacing. She was very accommodating and professional. She sorted both my problems. Danielle is a credit to this store!"
