She couldn't do enough to help and was quick to respond to all of my queries and requests. Extremely professional but at the same time relaxed with absolutely no pressure to buy. When the ring arrived (on the exact date stated when I placed my order) I was blown away with the quality and level of detail. The diamond that Juliet had picked out for me looked truly amazing! The photograph doesn't do it justice. The packaging was beautiful too with the smaller ring box being housed in a larger and impressive presentation box which is a nice touch. This was bought for a 25th wedding anniversary upgrade and to say my wife was delighted would be a bit of an understatement! Highly recommended."
