"I purchased a salt and pepper diamond ring for my wife's birthday. The ring itself is beautiful (and very good value). My wife couldn't have been happier with it. What really stood out about my experience, however, was the service provided. I ordered the piece online and during the ordering process I mentioned this was a birthday present. On my wife's birthday the ring was *hand delivered*. What the store or the lovely Charlotte, who brought me the present didn't know what that my wife and I were at home with 7 week old babies. This gift was to help mark a very different birthday celebration for us. It was so incredibly lovely and really above and beyond. Charlotte explained she wanted to make sure I got the ring in time and was concerned the postal strike action wold prevent me from getting the gift on time and wanted to make sure that I did. This level of customer service really makes you feel valued and such a lovely gesture really made a difference to our day. I cannot speak more highly of Ivy Nixon, Charlotte and my experience in general. Thanks again!"
