"I have not collected my watch a year year ago and it was left at the shop for 5 month due to coronavirus and and I have the receipt when I’ve pain for the repair when I went back to collect the watch with tow month the watch stopped working and I tile it back he didn’t take any responsibility and he told me the movement need to be replaced I was shocked when he told me I have to pay o that £200 it is tottaly rip off I’ve collected the watch and I’ve taken it to an extremely professional watchmaker and was fixed for £70 that’s totally rip Off and I wound advise any one with an expensive watch to take it there this additional was an additional cost I-have taken my watch to be repaired unfortunately I could pick it up but eventually I did I had the watch foxed buy they person worked there month later the watch stopped working so I time it back I was told it was water issue they they refused to take any responsibility and they insisted it is my fault it was been repaired but any watch maker they should have the Cassity except responsibility at this for six months after the repair the watch unfortunately don’t want to charge me another £200 for the parrot again and I find this disrespectful. I’m honest I want to gi and I will never go back again"
"Really poor, greedy, unprofessional service. Went in here to get my watch bracelet sized ad it was local to my office. The assistant in the shop said it was possible and said it would take 15 minutes whilst I waited. After 5 minutes it looked like he was struggling and the owner took over. After 30 minutes I was told to come back after an hour. I asked if it required specialist tools and that I was happy to take it elsewhere but was told they "had the tools". I came back after 2 hours, the watch was sized but the links had been damaged / scratched and the screwheads ruined. I was told by the very unhelpful staff that I had to pay the £7. Keep in mind this is a £3.5k timepiece I believe the service is totally disgusting and unprofessional. You are best taking expensive items to professionals."
"Always helpful and some of the best prices for preowned watches"
