"Do not be tempted by the price and Hatton Garden address. We had to send engagement ring back as it had very different baguettes and looked odd. Poor quality check They also sent insurance valuation for £2k less than the one the stone had been set in previously. 25 years earlier! Put up with that but have just come off phone. NO AFTER CARE OR INTEREST AT ALL. 4 years later the baguette has come out of setting and lost. Very concerning as the main diamond is almost carat and I am worried about workmanship. It had been set in previous setting for 25 years no problem. They said they can’t find my details as so long ago. 4 years!! They only offer 6 months guarantee. They don’t do repairs and told me to go to local jeweller!! So never lose you paperwork as even for insurance claims they will deny all knowledge"
