"In 1 word: FANTASTIC!! I was looking for a diamond engagement ring a couple of months ago, I did not know anything about rings so I started researching. I didn't have a big budget but I still wanted some quality. After researching a lot online, about prices and quality of service, I couldn't find a decent ring within my budget, from decent merchant, but I kept researching, and I ended up on Marlow's website, a bit by luck. After seeing some rings online that fitted my budget, I decided to book an appointment in the London branch. I was very well received, I was put at ease, and the staff and his assistant who received me were not only friendly, but very professional. They helped me narrow my research, patiently answering all my questions, and I ended up buying a ring. I was gonna go abroad a few weeks later and ask my girlfriend The question, and I was a bit worried about where I would hide the ring. They gave me some tips :) I went to the shop 3 times in total, the 2nd time to collect the ring, and the 3rd time I came back with my fiancee as the ring was too large. There was no issue whatsoever to have it resized, for free. I have been extremely happy about the whole experience, the level of professionalism while they were still friendly.
