"Would give 0 stars if I could. I visited the store earlier today and picked up some jewellery. I was being stared at continuously and blatantly by two workers and made to feel VERY uncomfortable. They should’ve taken a picture. It would’ve lasted longer. I then went to pay for my items and the customer service was a appalling. No etiquette , no dialogue and my items were shoved into my hand. I need to look for my receipt in the car but I’m pretty sure it says I was served by “Ariel” I will be making a formal complaint."

"I went this morning to the Westfield store in Shepherd’s Bush and had a helix piercing which was done by a lady called Kelly she was fantastic she explained everything to me from the piercing to the aftercare I highly recommend going there for piercings and the jewellery"

"Had the worst Lovisa customer service in Westfield White town. I am a regular customer and I really like jewelry so I recommended to my mom, when we went there and she chose an item she wanted we went to the till to pay for it. After the payment was made I found out that it's price is different from the label one. When I asked one of the girls she said thats on the system and I asked if she could refund me the difference or make some kind of compensation for this but she refused and that was really unfair to us. So it's really disappointing to lose this way regular customers."

"Had the most shocking customer service today at Lovisa in Westfield Shepherds Bush, as well as a very distressed 11 year old daughter as a result. She carefully chose her selection of sales items from the “4 for £10” wall only to be asked to pay £25 for her purchases. When she asked about it, the lady at the checkout was dismissive and extremely rude towards her. I stepped in to ask why when all her items were from the promotional wall the offer was not honoured, and if someone could help us understand which items were part of the promotion. The lady (claimed to be called Jessica) refused, I asked to speak to the manager and another lady told me to Google this (“that’s why you have a phone for”), I was beyond incensed by both ladies’ behaviour. At that point I decided to purchase the items anyway for my daughter but the 2 ladies just grabbed them from my daughter and put them away, leaving my 11 YO extremely upset. Never have I experienced such dismal customer service."

"Lovely stock & items. Shame about the customer service. The two ladies were shocking. One of the ladies who was sweeping during opening hours was telling us to move and to hurry up as the shop was closing. I spent £50 & my friends spent £20. The items were not wrapped at all they were thrown into the bag and I noticed they were tangled. So I asked for them to be wrapped as I bought multiple things and I was afraid of them getting damaged. This is terrible for a jewellery store. This is basic customer service. They were rushing to leave. Shame I won’t be shopping here anymore."
