Unfortunately, we had to wait a long time to wait to get help as i told the man in the store we needed help, and he said someone would be with us shortly. We waited, then left and came again into the store, joanne spotted us again, so i told her if we could get some kind of discount for the long wait, maybe £5 off, she went to the manager and they refused. The store was clean, and the staff was all friendly and ready to help out. Unfortunately, im my circumstances. They were busy."
