We went back wanting to exchange for something else, the woman in the shop was extremely rude, gave us another unsuitable box. refused to exchange the earrings and neckless saying they'd been worn (we haven't even given the gift yet and they've spent entire time in the box.) They are very happy to take your money but if you require any customer service they are nothing but rude. worst customer experience i've ever received. turned giving a birthday gift into a very sour experience. Avoid using them and go elsewhere."
