They were so kind in the shop and I could not highly recommend them enough , nice to know there are still some nice decent people out there not out for your money and do a nice deed. "Im a little bit late with this review but as they say better late than never. I dont know the name of the lovely lovely lovely lady who looked after me when i went in to have a lobster clasp replaced on a gold chain. We spoke about the chain and its history and how sentimental it was to me as it belonged to my grandmother. I really felt welcome and that is a big thing for me as i am not really comfortable going into shops. If i could give more stars i would. Thank you very much lovely lady and of course to MR Jackson for fixing the chain."
