"I’d actually give it a zero if I could . Service has been appalling. Spent 4k on a 1 carrot diamond ring for the actual diamond to become loose , thankfully never fell out .. I could turn the entire stone around in the four claws , which isn’t great. I now have concerns that this has damaged the actual diamond itself . 5 weeks later and after 4 calls ( me contacting them) and them saying they would call back or send emails to the manufacturers I’m told it will be the end of this month before I will get it back . I also asked for a resize whilst being repaired . They had no record of this and said they would have to receive the ring back for them to resend it off again to be resized. Are they actually joking. This could take an extra 8 wks on top of the expected 10wks for the stone to be re set. No one calls me back or contacts me via email it’s nothing short of a circus. Perhaps leaving this might help ."
"I have always been well looked after by staff in Goldsmiths. I usually find something I want to buy in the store"
"Do not use this company. They will sell you faulty products, and when they cannot be fixed or exchanged for the same product they will withhold your money from you. Offering you a "product within same price range" won't bring back the engagement ring you sold as quality goods, when it actually had a crack inside and all they have to say is that they are "acting within consumer acts law" because they are offering an exchange. They have had the ring for about 4 months in total (when we only got engaged in December) as each time it had to get fixed it went under "quality control" to make sure it was okay, although it is funny how they only noticed the fault the third time it went into the workshop to be inspected (again). Once I asked for a refund I got told they cannot offer that "as they could then only sell it for parts" which is I guess our fault that they sold a not fit for purpose ring? They are selling cheap overprices products, with their promise of quality, which is a lie. The worst customer service ever, and I have worked in customer service my whole life."
"Great experience, couldn't fault the salesman. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Had the watch I wanted, strap adjusted perfectly."
"Really excellent service, particularly as I was just redeeming Tesco vouchers. The staff couldn’t have been any more helpful if I’d been spending millions! I was greeted, shown where the items were which were of interest to me and left to browse. Immediately I needed a closer look an assistant was there (not too close, we’re still wearing masks!) and I was given ample opportunity to select the jewellery I wanted. I’m happy to recommend and I will certainly be visiting again."
