Reviews
"Excellent customer service."
"I had a terrible experience with this place last week when I tried to get a quote for setting a new diamond in my ring. There were 4 employees in the shop who point blank refused to let me in the shop - some of whom were looking at me through the window while smirking and some of whom who were deliberately avoiding meeting my eyes and feigning ignorance. It has been a long long time since I have been racially profiled in the UK (in my local community, no less) and I left the situation feeling shocked, disgusted and, above all, frustrated that some can feel so emboldened to treat people this way. This business lost a paying customer that day, and I hope that they think again about their service model before they mistreat and alienate even more members of their local community."
