Took my dog and cat for their yearly health checks and booster vaccinations - both are "middle aged" and healthy but starting to show small signs of ageing. Rob gave us lots of great advice about keeping the guys in good health as they get older and tips to prevent common problems. He was very realistic about what different animals do and don't need, no "hard sell" of any products just good, evidence-based information about what's available so we could make informed choices based on our individual situation. Shout out also to the reception team who were, as always, helpful and efficient."
