"We had several services with Hills of Woodford Toyota and we never had any issues all mechanical problem was sorted out over 4 years we are really satisfied. However, we only 2 services with Hills of Hinault Toyota and very little was being achieved. After the first and second times with Hill of Hinault Toyota, we told them that we had an issue with services, break and exhaust. The oil filter, oil and fuel filter have been changed but all the dust on the panel and cover didn't show any finger marks. The steering turned slightly right when I break and the exhaust had some noise and didn't report any fault. Today, I tried to explain the car issue with Mr Trevor/Manager from Hills of Hinault Toyota and he was less than amicable in the handling of our situation. He refused to listen and hang around long enough to see the car the issues. He was so much aggressive and he shouted and he said he will never touch our car again and he will refund the money. We believe that is not a professional way to sort this out as a manager to a customer."

"Came here today for an MOT - i booked myself in to sit and wait whilst the service was being carried out. Wow what an great customer experience. I've had many different cars, but the experience with the Lexus servicing team is fantastic. Not only was my MOT carried out professionally, but all they way through they explained everything and suggested improvements without applying the hard sell. I had arrived late, they didn't lecture me, lose patience or rush the car in. They listened to my concerns and and also took time to ask me if there was anything else they wanted me have them look at. When i got the car back they addressed a few scratches i had without me even pointing them out. Billy Parsons you deserve a shout out for the great customer service you provided. Thank You Sir!!!
