I surprisingly spoke to someone a few days ago and was told my car would be delivered today and nothing so far. Communication is key which they have failed to provide."

"My partners car has gone in to be repaired under insurance for a minor accident. They cancelled the appointment 3 times, then eventually took the car in and provided a courtesy car. It was just one part that needs replacing and they said it will be about a week, then another week, then on a Monday telling us it will be done by Friday, then when we chased them on Friday they said they have not even got the part. Now saying they will call next week,. Generally they dont call, out of the several or more calls we have had, we have called or chased them. They have apologised a few times, but still doing the same, over promise and under deliver. If straight up from the start and gave a realistic time scale we can manage expectations."
"Fixed my car body work perfectly, however ordered parking sensors to be fitted 4 weeks ago and still waiting to hear back from them. I was told someone called me to give me a quote for the sensors and never did. Communication was so poor that i had to call the garage to find out if my car was ready. If u dont want the hassel chose another location."
