"I'm not one to give online feedback, however I feel compelled to write a recommendation for Albury Repair Works. I have lived in Cheshunt for 8-years now and Albury have been servicing and carrying out MOTs on my cars since I moved here. I've owned dozens of cars over the years; some new, some old and virtually every brand and Albury have always gone that extra mile to help. They are a great team of guys and I see the same faces every time I pop in - that's a very good sign. They even collect and drop off my cars as parking isn't great where they are located and always find time to squeeze me in if I've forgotten to MOT one for my cars! "From the initial enquiry by phone , through the test drive, discussion, questions and then agreed sale the service was extremely knowledgable, personable & friendly. In particular John and Giovanni provided endless helpful advice without once using 'hard sell' tactics. Once the car was bought the delivery, paperwork and support were immediate, genuine and most trustworthy. I will return for annual MOT and service to enjoy this warm connection again in the future. "It's rare that I feel moved enough to leave a review, but I honestly cannot believe the quality of service and professionalism displayed by this garage. I was really wary about buying a used car and especially so online. John was really knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and at no point did I ever feel pressured into buying. Giovanni was outstanding in his customer service, patiently showing me every aspect of the car over facetime and then answering all my questions & giving advice. The car was given a full service and MOT prior to delivery and Giovanni even gave it a free wax before delivery and took a video to show me before they left the garage. The car was in immaculate condition inside and out. They both drove over 2 hours in the rain to deliver the car to my home 56 miles away & even got me some flowers & a card as it was my birthday! I cannot rate them highly enough. Thank you both very much."
