Its less than a year we installed boiler with them last week had issue when was -3 outside, didn't yet any response on our message, when we went their told the next availably slot its in 10 days . And we had to call someone else who fix the problem in 5 mins ."
"Fantastic experience from start to finish. We had a new boiler installed. The engineer who installed our boiler was fabulous. Super efficient, very professional, cleaned up after himself, explained through the process how everything would work. There was a slight hitch that evening after the boiler had been installed, but he called me late that night to say he would be back first thing in the morning to fix the issue, which he did. Would highly recommend!"
"Called Boilers R Us to enquire if they could help identify the problem with my boiler as I had no hot water and couldn't figure out what was causing the issue. They sent an engineer the following day who identified the problem. The next day I received a call to say they have found the required part and sent their engineer out again to replace the damaged part. I found their customer service very friendly. The engineer was very helpful, clearly explaining the issue. Very efficient service at a reasonable cost in my opinion. Would use them again for any future issues and servicing."
