This week one of my roof tile broke due to bad weather, I called Jamie and he promptly responded, as a true professional he turned up for this small job and did not even charge me! He explained how he would clean them up and the other work he would do; such checking the gutters and make a join with the neighbour’s roof. Once we accepted the quote, he said he would repair any problems with our roof before he started work. Jamie spoke to us each day explaining what he intended to do. He took pride in this workmanship; showing what he had done and explaining why. He was always ready to answer questions. He later replaced the flat roof over the porch.
