My Bunny unexpectedly died, i rung up and asked about arrangements for them to take her and to give her a little bunny funeral as i couldnt do them myself where i am living. the lovely receptionist got me registered on the phone and said i could take her in straight away. My partner took her up to the vests and asked if they could cremate her with her favourite toy and they were so lovely towards him and compassionate. Thank you to all for making this process very easy and stress free after a very upsetting afternoon."
