"Excellent service, we phoned him on the Wednesday regarding our Daughters broken dishwasher. He asked what was the error code, and before I could finish my sentence he knew exactly what the problem was. He said he would get the part and be with my Daughter by Friday between 12-4pm. He arrived in time and fixed the part, professionally and without any hassle. As I was paying for it on behalf of my Daughter he took my number so I could pay for it. He fixed the machine, my Daughter let me know that it was done and then he called me for payment which was done without issues over the phone. This guy is very pleasant and easy to deal with. I parked up outside locked the car and went in, the manager saw my arrival and the element in my hand, Before I even opened the Shop Doors he taken the part off the shelf and had it waiting for me.
