"My initial experience was very positive, the plumber was prompt on the same day, quickly found a problem and restored heating to the property. Unfortunately several hours later, the heating stopped again. I called the company was informed I would get a phone call and that the plumber would come back around to have another look. 2 hours after I was informed the plumber was meant to come/call I called the company again and was informed that they had attempted to call (despite no call being received) and that the plumber was never going to be coming, contrary to my previous information. I was also then informed that it was too late on the day for the plumber to come back but they should call before they finished for the evening. Yet again no call was received. Overall the whole thing was incredibly disappointing, people were polite on the phone but there was complete misinformation and lies from the company with no accountability. At several points I was informed that nobody would have said that, despite them themselves saying in earlier in the day. (I would also note that if a customer has a negative feedback they are taken to the company website, while only positive reviews are directed to Google. As such I would be very careful about trusting the only positive reviews.) Edit: having got back in touch with the company the next day a plumber was actually arranged. Both times the plumber themselves were excellent and very helpful, it was more the disorganised nature of the head office and miscommunication at their end that was frustrating."

In fact, thankfully, he picked up errors made by a different heating company on our new boiler. I would highly recommend this company. They were quick to respond to my initial enquiry and offered several dates and times to attend"

He was thorough with the work and very clear with his explanations of what was going on. He finally found where the water was coming from after searching around the house and then having to look at the water drains outside my house. He was very helpful. Very efficient and I would use the company again."

Overall although no one wants to pay expensive tradesmen, it's the time we live in, and Jake did more than enough to make me feel comfortable to use this company again.
