"Charlie was extremely responsive, coming out within an hour in the evening to look at a boiler fault that had stopped us from having heating or hot water. He diagnosed the problem, as well as ensuring we had a temporary solution for that evening. The next day he came back with a replacement for the faulty part and fixed it promptly. Great service, would use again definitely."

"I am not ususally post bad reviews and this plumbing service maybe good but only if they actually turn up. From my experience, Charlie wasted 2 weeks of my time to come to me first to see the workload. Then, after he finally arrived, he promissed to come back to me with the estimates in an hour. After 5 hours of waiting I called him to find out that he hasn't find the stuff required and we agreed that we'll go to change the whole stuff inside my water tank. We agreed that he would come back to me within 3 days with the estimates. Never came back to me. I've tried to contact him again by text to no avail. I actually found the same very stuff required quickly on ebay and amazon and got it in a couple of days. Summary - poor customer service, no communications, not professional. Avoid at all cost."
