"I have used CS Automotive on several occasions now, and while I don't doubt their technical expertise, I have been very disappointed by the clear lack of proper testing after work has been done and their response to some significant after-service issues. Twice now, I have driven away after a big bill to find either the same or similar problems re-occurring almost immediately. Whilst I would have hoped for some understanding and desire to then address the problem in good faith, the entire focus has been on proving that "it wasn't us that did it". Not helpful when your car ends up being off the road again for another week."

Very pleased with his customer service and work - he was able to order the latest software direct from Mercedes and got COMAND system good as new! I subsequently got him to fix another car (C219) which had a GPS issue - the job took less time than originally quoted and the final invoice reflected that.
