"Dan is quietly assured. He has serviced our boiler for a few years now and we've always been very happy. Our dog likes him which is great too! Last year, he diagnosed a fault that was still under warranty and suggested we go that route rather than getting him to do it which would have been much more expensive. This year he installed a Tado and when he finished that I asked, what about the service - only to realise he had been doing that in between some of the setup.
