"I was a client before and he has ALOT of knowledge and everything went well till it was time to file taxes. Because he was late i had to fight HMRC to not pay a fine. I sent all docs he said he didn't have it and then stopped taking my calls, Abigail His assistant started emailing me and there was so much mis communication. I paid for a service and he said i dis not pay for something in particular that i know i did as i paid £50 per month. Abigail was communicating with me but didn't know anything about me so the whole thing became repetitive. The first part of my service was a 5 star service bit the end part was 1 star. So to give 3 stars is a fair score but there was alot of issues towards the end. But at the beginning i seriously enjoyed working with this accountant."
