"I've had sessions with H4L since last november when life became a bit too much. When we had our initial phone consultation she really put me at ease, and she could relate to and sympathise with the problems I have having, which was really comforting and reassuring. Claire and I had regular Skype consultations; the techniques we went through were really easy to follow and implement and really helped me to take a step back and manage my feelings and emotions. Her session follow-up email contained further useful resources and tools to look at, some from her own website.
