"I saw Michelle for around 6 weeks. I found her to be unreliable, repeatedly cancelling at the last minute. She forgot things that I told her from week to week. I don't expect a therapist to retain everything I tell them, but she seemed to have trouble remembering even the broad strokes of what I had disclosed. When I politely stated my concerns about the repeat cancellations, Michelle somehow managed to make it seem like it was all my fault and that I was being unreasonable. She then told me she was cancelling all future sessions. I was hesitant to post a review at first, as I was concerned any criticism may be put down to having unreasonable expectations. However, having seen another poor review on a different platform about unreliability, and having since received competent therapy from reliable and compassionate practitioners, I feel I can now confidently say that the service Michelle provides is incredibly unprofessional. I recommend looking elsewhere for appropriate trauma-informed services."
