"I felt disrespected and discriminated. The service I received was the most appalling service I ever received.When I explained that I was on tight budget and saw that others bigger firms charge about 30£ to register a company I kind felt con when I was charged 150£ just to register a company as company Limited. Meanwhile my actual request was to do my late Self assessment and the Accountant Ino urged me to register the company as company Limited the following day I received another email asking me if I want to register for VAT then I was like maybe he then replied my fees are 55£.I became confused and called the friend who recommended me this accountant I find out she was charged 270£ just to register her company!!! Usually most accountants fix their prices based on your turnover and they are very professional they give you a form to fill. I just checked the website and I am seeing Sole trader from 45£ Company Limited from 65£ so please be very specific and do your homework really well before you go ahead with this accountant. He has no interest than getting your money and we all know as entrepreneurs we must make our customers feel special. I felt because I m not there yet with my business and fact that I am also black like others black businesses owners don't treat their own people well. He treated to me with arrogance and control like I didn't have a say if you don't have the money go elsewhere. First of all I was willing to pay the fees however as a consumer I have the right to question services I am given!!especially when the same company charged different prices for the same services. I was charged 150£ for registration of company when the colleague who recommended me this accountant was charged 270£ for the same service. And the idea of registering the company came from him. He didn't even do my Self Assessment. I don't recommend this accountant to anyone particularly if you are just a new entrepreneur."
