"My daughter decided she wanted her ears pierced for the first time. As an avid fan/wearer of body piercings I told my daughter she would have to have them pierced with a needle not a gun. When we arrived all the staff were so lovely and welcoming. The lady that served us was so lovely helping my daughter pick out her earings. There was a bit of a wait, however they have a great system of sending a text to let you know when they are ready. A lady called Amy was the piercer that day and she was absolutely amazing with my daughter, and gave her stickers for being so brave. As we were leaving the lady at the cash desk gave my daughter some sweets for brave. Absolutely fabulous staff! I couldn't recommended them highly enough. Thank you for being so helpful and kind. Amazing!"
