"From start to finish, this was a 10/10. I was recommended Rae’s business by a friend, but was already following her on Instagram so it felt like fate! Booking online couldn’t have been easier, so that’s another plus, but the appointment itself - just, so good. I was Rae’s last appointment of the day, and even then she was warm, incredibly friendly, excited, and very reassuring. She made sure to listen to exactly what I wanted (a septum and a helix) and offered me a variety of options for starter jewellery, which made the experience more fun. She explained absolutely everything to me, every what, how and why every step of the way. She was also very conscious of physical closeness and touch, and always made sure to check with me before touching me. Lots and lots of care went into the entire appointment, before, during and after, so I always felt in safe hands. I could go on and on, but all in all it was the best piercing experience. I would recommend Rae to absolutely anyone, especially if you’re relatively new to piercings and/or neurodiverse/anxious like myself. I’d wanted my helix done for 10 years and my septum for some four-ish, and I could not be happier with the result and to finally have them. Already thinking what I want stabbed next! "Recommended to see Rae by a friend who is a regular client. Online booking system was really straight forward and her website contains a lot of really helpful information about which type of appointment to book for and how to get prepared for the session. Got my septum done with Rae this morning and she walked me through the whole session, making sure I was aware of what would be happening and why. Really nice selection of jewellery, managed to get a teardrop ring straight away. Rae is super hygienic and the studio is spotless. Have been booked in for a 6-week check up to see if the piercing is healing okay, which is a really nice part of aftercare that I haven’t received at other studios. Overall a really positive experience and would recommend this studio to everyone."

"Rae is fantastic. A really lovely human, warm, enthusiastic and incredibly professional and knowledgeable piercer. You can tell piercing a passion for her. The studio is cute (love the colour scheme) and clean. Rae takes her time to do things properly, explains everything as she goes and is really mindful in making the whole experience as accessible, safe and comfortable as possible.
