"Delivery driver stopped on the road by our front door to tell us that she had delivered flowers, addresses to our address, at No28. My wife asked if she would be good enough to go and retrieve them for her. The drive just look right through my wife and drove off. Upon retrieving the flowers it turned out they weren't even for her but the neighbour across the street. Shocking bad service."
