The ladies were so helpful - they left us to try out prams and see what we liked, but they were always on hand to answer questions or show us how to fold certain ones etc. They struck exactly the right balance between being available to help, but still giving us space to take our time choosing. They also gave us loads of very helpful information about car seats, and I felt their answers to our questions were very honest - it didn’t feel like there was any “upselling” or pressure, which is something I really appreciate. "Visited Discount pram centre Cardiff recently looking for a pram for my second child, being second time around I had a good idea of what it was I wanted but had no idea where to start. The girls were so helpful talking me through all the options available, pros and cons to them all and nothing was too much trouble! We visited a total of 3 times before ordering and never did we feel like we were being pressured into placing an order. They were also fantastic with my 3 year old son (who as most 3 year olds find shopping very boring!) and got him involved and made him feel very welcome. Highly recommend and can’t wait to use my new pushchair."
