"The cost of grooming my two puppies was £115. £30 deposit, (£70 for the rest of the treatment) which was booked 4-6 weeks prior appointment. I was called one week before the appointment to change the time so I had to re-arrange pick up last minute. I was then charged £10 as I needed to pay for a special conditioner. I was then charged £5 for being late to pick up the puppies. She called me and told me that she has banned me from booking there even though it was the first time that I booked and got treatment through them. Really bad customer service."

"Unprofessional cut!!! Very appalled with the horrible cut they gave my dog.I paid full price £45 When mentioned the cut was rough and uneven and chunks of hair not evenly cut I was confronted by the female staff saying she wanted to show me the clippers she used then she said my dog was not still, and then they said they would put it right but I would have to repay the full amount again ,the manager was involved with making this decision You could clearly see the mistakes they made on my dog and they tried to blame the clippers and the dog, When my dog is a calm and placid dog never had complaints. They wanted to put it right if I repaid Appalled with Pets at home manager to suggest I repay again!! These are staff who don’t have experience in dog grooming And the female manager should understand what the meaning of FAIR means. Clearly not professional in her managers role"

"Dear Groom Room, I would like to commend your lovely staff - in particular the fab team (Monday 16th May at 1600) who groomed my golden retriever. It was my first time using your service and the friendly smile and warm energy was a delight to see in post covid times. The team made me feel so comfortable about leaving my puppy and answered all my questions. I hope this gets passed onto their managers and they are recognised and thanked on my behalf - they did a perfect job and I will most definitely be back!"
