He's very friendly, reliable (weather permitting), and does a quality job. Communication is generally very good. Very pleased with the service provided since we started using his services. (Note: my name 'First Name' is because I like to reserve some privacy from google. Though, I doubt it has worked very well and I'm sure they know more about me than my mother! I don't like the invasion of privacy of these companies.)"
