"Lovely play area, cafe is nice, with fairly quick service despite being busy, and lovely hot chocolate. Lovely walk around the lake with wide paths and wheelchair friendly. We hired a go kart for two people, booking is online and the signs say it will include a briefing but none was given. I appreciate these are easy to use but we were not told of any boundaries for where we could ride them."

"A great place to walk, cycle, run around the lake. Paths are good. It's a local place for me. Just park up and enjoy the outdoors. There's a playground for kids. Cafe & picnic area. Dog friendly park."

"A great place to stop and stretch legs if you're on a long journey. also a decent destination for a walk, bike ride, something more strenuous too. There are good facilities here with cafe, children play areas, lake for walking/riding/running around and a decent amount of free (at time of writing) parking. Also a bunkhouse here which seems like a good idea given the facilities and location - you could do a decent event here with a group."
