"We were passing having just left the cinema that's in the same building next door and popped in to see if we could book in. We were told we had to do it online and so we did, coming back an hour or so later. I have two autistic children and the staff were brilliant with them. They were all young people but very proffessional. My children had a great time and the staff contributed greatly to that."

"Really enthusiastic staff who were keen to serve at the cafe as well as help on the climbing floor. We felt safe and it wasn’t too crowded - you could always find a wall to climb and there weren’t long queues for any of them. The various walls were fun, it was just a shame the timed wall clock wasn’t working."
