"I recently booked an appointment for my medium-sized (18kg) dog at Masers The Groomer for the first time. The grooming result was good, but I have mixed feelings about the overall experience. Firstly, I found the price to be quite expensive at £60 (total charge £70) for the service, compared to other groomers who charge £45 for the same service. However, my main issue was with the customer service. I was charged an additional £10 for being 8 minutes late for dropping off my dog and 11 minutes late for picking up my dog. While I understand that the groomer has the right to charge a fee for late arrivals, I personally felt that it was not fair to charge such a fee for being just a few minutes late, especially as a first-time customer. While I was happy with the grooming results, the issue with the customer service has left me feeling disappointed. I do not think I will be using this service again. I wish them all the best."

"Agata is a wonderful groomer. I took my 14 week Rottweiler who is large for age, highly energetic and does not like bath time. Agata seemed to effortlessly shower, clean and dry her. They both adored each other! I highly recommend her and will from now on only use her. She gave some great advice. Feeling grateful to have found her! Thank you Agata"

"Fantastic Groomer!!! Agata takes care of my dogs for quite some time now and we come back for a routine grooming every couple of weeks. She does great job. My dogs react happily when I call her name to give them some guidance of where we're going. They always come back home pampered, with ideal haircut, nails cut, ears cleaned... she takes care of every detail. I love the fact she always asks for my expectations, even though we are her regular clients, she always asks if I would like to change anything. Highly recommended!!!"
