Three months later and after many calls, we have still not had any quotation, so thats a good indication as to what the service would have been like if we would have given them the work to do. I spoke directly to the person involved and he said on three occasions that we would "without fail send the quote over the same day" nothing received so obviously they are not bothered and lastly he never apologised"
