They helped make an engagement ring for my partner come to life, from a dozen photos and ideas to the most stunning piece of jewellery. They sat with me and talked it all over, kept me up to date as it was being made, said they would be in the shop as n when I was free to see things or chat about certain bits throughout (I'm a lorry driver so my work times are late and long) which to me said they cared.
