"I came here to get my baby girls ear pierced. She had just turned 1 and is at that age where she can’t keep still, so the whole process wasn’t as simple! (If you’re planning to take your little one, make sure you go with someone!) Considering how busy the shop was, he took his time to make sure he had got the hole markings accurately; it took a few attempts but we got there in the end. They have a few options from gold plated and real gold, prices vary depending on which you go for. I went with the real gold due to the longevity of it, but I was advised they are all safe for babies. The solution is included in the price which I thought was good (compared to Claire’s who charge you extra for it). At the end, they provided us with instructions on how to look after the earrings in terms of sterilising etc. They also gave her a little certificate for being brave which was a really nice touch. I’d highly recommend this place for piercings, the family are so lovely and the service provided was excellent."

"We had our baby daughters ears pierced and we were very nervous as parents would be, but the staff were excellent, measured up her ears and marked them perfectly, asked us to double check which we did, then the piercing was done quickly and hygienicly, few tears from the little one but that was expected, staff brought a rattle out for her to play with, and a novelty certificate issued for the little one as a memory (a nice touch), also after care guidance leaflet given with cleansing drops also given, very good value for money on hygiene, aftercare drops, includes the earrings and piercing. Would definitely recommend this establishment, you can tell they have many years of experience with children, great experience and as parents we were totally pleased with the outcome and quality and handling of the piercing."
