"Bought a bracelet for a birthday present, £40 for a simple piece of string with metal buckle- overpriced but fair if it’s for a gift and it good quality. Unfortunately it broke after 2 days (about 8 hours being worn in total), and I was rudely advised that I cannot get a refund as they ‘have the right to repair it’. I’m sure they have the right but they should be embarrassed clinging on to £40 like that when they could just as easily have their supplier refund them."

Plus when we went to collect them; i was so so pleased with all the work that they had done. Cathy spent time with us and i left a really emotional and very happy bunny!!! Would recommend them.
