"My car had an oil leak from the oil cooler. Kemuri garage had it twice but was still leaking. Took it back for a third time and as it was being looked at the coolant started leaking. Was told the radiator had split. I left the car with them and after a week I rang them and was told it would be 3 weeks to order 1, but he was getting one made instead as it would be quicker. After trying to contact them for the next 2 weeks, leaving answer phone messages and text messages with no response. I went there only to find my car dumped on the footpath outside the garage and was told the garage was closed as he had gone on holiday. Took my car home and found the only fault with the water leak was a broken hose clip costing 50 pence. I'm no mechanic but I even fixed the oil leak myself on the first attempt at a cost of 40 pounds. Went to get my spare key back a week later and he was really apologetic saying he smashed his phone (2nd time his phone had smashed) so couldn't contact me. He said he'll pay the £40 into my bank for the oil leak but he didn't. All this time I had needed to rent a car. Very very unprofessional garage."
"Nearly a month ago now I gave my car in for drive train diagnostics and repair. Every week Slav (main garage guy) gives me different problems with the car and gets me spent money. However, car is not repaired, plus I’m taking my day off from work for nothing to be done. I highly advice do not go there if you want to get scammed of same as me."
"They always let you pop in if you are concerned about your cars safety, will check it over, very reassuring. Good prices excellent, customer care and the team are friendly, work hard and I am always pleased with the work they have done"
"Went there as recommend by friend. Had a clutch replaced on Citroen C4 which went fine but then car experienced knocking left front, clicking on clutch pedal and quite a bang on starting warm engine. Took the car back several times but none of these faults never sorted. Then after a month lost the clutch pedal on the way to work due to transmition oil pipe bursting. Maybe they good with BMW brand but absolutely clueless with the others."
